Privacy policy
The actual document “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) outlines the rules for the use of the user’s personal information
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), located at the following address: https://sushitamago.com/privacy-policy, as well as other agreements entered into between the Parties.
1.2. By entering into the Agreement, the User voluntarily, of their own free will, and in their own interests, gives indefinite written consent for any processing of their personal data, including any action (operation) or combination of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data for the purposes established by this Policy.
1.3. This Privacy Policy uses terms and definitions provided in the User Agreement, as well as other agreements entered into with the User, unless otherwise provided by this Policy or its nature. In other cases, the interpretation of the terms used in the Policy is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. Personal Information
2.1. Personal information in this Policy refers to:
2.1.1. Information that the user provides about themselves during registration on the Site, as well as during subsequent use of the Site’s Services, including personal data of the User. The User voluntarily provides the following personal data: Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, contact phone number, email address, delivery address of the Goods.
2.1.2. Data automatically transmitted depending on the settings of the User’s software, including but not limited to: IP address, cookies, information about the software and equipment used by the User for working in the communication network, including the Internet, parameters and settings of web browsers, information transmitted and received using the Site.
2.2. The User is aware and accepts the possibility of placing third-party software on the Site’s pages, as a result of which these parties may receive the anonymized data specified in paragraph 2.1.2.
Such third-party software may include, among others: systems for collecting visit statistics (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.); social media plugins (e.g., Facebook, etc.); other systems for collecting anonymized information.
The User has the right to independently limit the collection of such information by third parties using the standard privacy settings of the browser they use to work with the Site.
2.4. The Seller has the right to establish requirements for the composition of Personal Information that must be provided to use the Site and Services provided. If certain information is not marked by the Seller as mandatory, the User provides it at their own discretion.
2.5. The Seller does not verify the accuracy of the provided Personal Information, assuming that the User acts in good faith and makes every effort to keep such information up-to-date.
3. Purposes of Personal Information Processing
3.1. The Seller processes, including collecting and storing, only that Personal Information which is necessary for entering into and performing agreements with the User.
3.2. The Seller has the right to use Personal Information for the following purposes: Entering into agreements for using the Site and its Services; Fulfilling obligations under concluded agreements, including providing the User access to the Site and its Services; Identifying the User in the framework of fulfilling obligations under concluded agreements, including processing Orders from Buyers; Conducting surveys, monitoring User satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the Seller; Informing the User about promotions and offers from the Seller, including advertising messages, to the User’s email and mobile phone with their consent; Informing the User/Buyer about their orders and processing stages, including other service notifications from the Site, sent automatically; Ensuring communication with the User for informational support and improving the quality of the Site’s Services, including notifications involving third parties; Providing customer support services to Users; Using anonymized data for targeting advertising and/or informational materials based on age, gender, and other characteristics; Conducting marketing, statistical, and other research based on anonymized data.
Requirements for Protecting Personal Information
4. The Seller stores Personal Information and ensures its protection from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
4.1. The confidentiality of the User’s Personal Information is maintained, except in cases where the Site’s technology or its Services or the settings of the User’s software require the open exchange of information with other Internet users.
4.2. The Seller has the right to transmit Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:
The User has expressed their consent to such actions, including cases where the User’s software settings do not restrict the provision of certain information;
Transmission is necessary for using the Site’s functional features or its Services;
At the request of a court or other authorized state body within the established legislative procedure;
To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Seller in connection with the violation of agreements concluded with the User.
5. Changing Personal Information
5.1. The User has the right at any time to independently edit the Personal Information provided during registration in their Personal Account.
5.2. In case of termination of the concluded agreement, the User can exercise the right to withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data and delete their Account by sending a request to the Seller to delete their account at the address,
5.3. To improve the quality of the Site and its Services and ensure legal protection, the Seller has the right to store log files regarding actions performed by the User within the use of the Site and its Services, as well as in connection with entering into and performing the Agreement and other contracts, for 6 (six) months from the moment of their occurrence.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
6.1. This Policy may be changed by the Seller unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy becomes effective from the moment it is posted on the Seller’s Site, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Policy.
